FixLedger

FixLedger is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that turns continuous improvement from a messy suggestion box into a disciplined, auditable system. Frontline staff can log a “micro-improvement” in under 60 seconds (photo, category, time saved estimate). Supervisors triage items in a simple queue, assign owners, and track completion with lightweight proof (before/after, checklist). The app automatically converts completed fixes into a benefits ledger: time saved, scrap reduced, safety risk reduced, and recurring vs one-time impact. It also highlights repeat problems by area/asset and prompts a basic 5-Why only when patterns emerge—so teams don’t waste time over-documenting. Exportable reports support audits and monthly ops reviews. It’s intentionally not a full-blown EHS/QMS/CMMS replacement; it focuses on the gap: capturing, validating, and proving continuous improvement outcomes with minimal friction.
