FixMyScene
FixMyScene is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that monitors your existing home automations across platforms (Home Assistant, SmartThings, Alexa/Google routines where possible) and tells you what’s actually failing and why. Instead of guessing which device went offline or which integration update broke things, it continuously checks device health, latency, battery levels, cloud outages, and automation run history. When an automation fails, it generates a plain-English root-cause report and a step-by-step fix plan (e.g., “Zigbee mesh weak in hallway; add repeater or move hub 2m,” “API rate limit from vendor; add delay,” “Device firmware update changed capability name; update mapping”). It also offers a “safe mode” fallback: if a critical automation fails (locks, leak sensors), it triggers a backup action like notifications, alternative devices, or manual instructions. The goal is fewer broken routines and fewer late-night troubleshooting sessions.
