FixProof

FixProof is a mobile + web app for property managers to document maintenance work with tamper-evident evidence. Each work order becomes a timeline: tenant report, pre-work photos, vendor arrival check-in, parts receipts, post-work photos/video, and tenant sign-off. The app automatically timestamps, geotags, and hashes media so it’s credible when owners question invoices or tenants claim “it was never fixed.” Vendors get a lightweight link-based workflow (no full account needed) to upload proof and mark milestones. Managers can generate a “repair packet” PDF in one click for owners, insurance, or court. This is not a magic scheduling tool; it’s a dispute-reduction and accountability tool that plugs into existing PM processes. Optional AI helps classify issues from photos, suggest required documentation, and flag missing proof before closing a job.
