Vendors receive a simple link to accept jobs, propose times, upload completion photos, and invoice—no vendor portal login required. The app keeps an auditable timeline (who said what, when), reducing disputes and “you never told me” arguments. An AI layer triages requests (e.g., leak vs. condensation), suggests troubleshooting steps for tenants, and flags emergencies that need immediate escalation.
