FixSLA

FixSLA is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns vulnerability backlogs into enforceable, auditable remediation SLAs. Instead of being yet another scanner, it connects to what you already use (Tenable/Qualys/Rapid7, Jira/ServiceNow, and cloud asset inventories) and continuously answers: which vulns are truly fixable, who owns them, what’s blocking remediation, and whether teams are meeting policy. It auto-generates “remediation packets” per asset group: exact patch/version guidance, compensating controls, maintenance window suggestions, and a one-click ticket bundle with due dates aligned to risk and exploit activity. Executives get a simple SLA scorecard; engineers get prioritized, actionable work. The hard truth: most orgs don’t fail at finding vulns—they fail at closing them. FixSLA focuses on closure and proof.
