FixWindow

FixWindow is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that turns vulnerability management into a scheduling and accountability system. Instead of flooding teams with CVEs, it maps vulnerabilities to real patch windows, owners, and operational constraints (maintenance windows, change freezes, asset criticality). It ingests findings from common scanners and cloud providers, deduplicates them, and produces a weekly “patch plan” that is realistic: what can be fixed this week, what must wait, and what needs compensating controls. An AI layer summarizes risk in plain language for leadership and generates change-ticket drafts, but the core value is workflow: deadlines, approvals, evidence capture, and audit-ready reporting. The app is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to replace scanners, EDR, or ITSM; it connects them and forces decisions. If you can’t fix everything, it helps you fix the right things on time.
