FlakeShield

FlakeShield is a web app + CI integration that detects, scores, and automatically quarantines flaky tests across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and CircleCI. It ingests test results, rerun signals, timing data, and recent code-change context to identify tests that intermittently fail. When confidence is high, it opens a PR that marks the test as quarantined (framework-specific), routes it to a “flake backlog,” and prevents the failure from blocking merges while still reporting it loudly. Teams get a dashboard showing top flaky suites, cost in wasted minutes, owners, and suggested fixes. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps cluster failure signatures, propose likely root causes (timeouts, order dependence, shared state), and generate minimal reproduction steps. The goal is brutally practical: reduce CI noise and developer time lost to reruns, without pretending to magically fix broken tests for you.
