FlashLeak

FlashLeak is a mobile + web app for roofing and siding contractors to document leak investigations and repairs in a way that holds up with homeowners, insurers, and warranty disputes. The app guides techs through a standardized checklist (attic photos, flashing points, penetrations, siding transitions, moisture readings, weather conditions) and auto-generates a clean report with annotated photos, timestamps, and a “likely source vs. observed damage” section. It also tracks what was tested (hose test steps, dye test, infrared scan if available) so you can show due diligence instead of arguing. This is not a magic leak-finder; it’s a proof-and-process tool that reduces expensive return trips and protects margins. Reports can be shared as a link, exported to PDF, and stored per property for future work and upsells.
