FlavorLogix

FlavorLogix is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) for people who experience shifting taste/smell—after illness, medication changes, allergies, pregnancy, or exposure to smoke/chemicals. Users log short “sensory check-ins” (sweet/salty/bitter/sour/umami intensity, key odors, distortions like parosmia/phantosmia), plus context: meals, meds, sleep, stress, nasal symptoms, and environment (AQI/pollen). The app turns messy anecdotes into timelines and correlations, then generates a shareable clinician report to speed up appointments. It also offers structured smell-training routines with reminders and progress tracking, but it won’t pretend to diagnose. The realistic value is organization: helping users and clinicians see patterns (e.g., a new SSRI coinciding with metallic taste) and reduce guesswork. Monetization: subscription for advanced analytics, exports, and multi-profile family tracking; free tier for basic logging.
