FleetButler is a web + mobile operations app for chauffeur companies that focuses on one expensive problem: missed details and last-minute chaos around VIP rides. It centralizes flight tracking, train status, hotel notes, client preferences, and dispatch instructions into a single “ride brief” that drivers can’t miss. The app automatically flags risk (late inbound flight, terminal change, road closures, driver running behind, vehicle not matching requested spec) and forces a confirmation loop: dispatcher-to-driver-to-client (optional) with timestamps. It also generates client-ready updates that feel premium without requiring staff to manually text all day. This is not another generic booking app; it’s an execution and accountability layer that sits on top of existing booking/dispatch tools via simple integrations and email/SMS parsing. If you can’t integrate, it still works as a standalone ride-brief and incident tracker.
