FleetFerry is a mobility “wallet” that lets employers and property managers offer commuters a single monthly pass that works across multiple modes: public transit, bike/scooter share, carshare, and parking. Users get one app to set preferences (cheapest, fastest, low-carbon), see eligible options, and tap/scan to ride—while the platform handles receipts, pre-tax benefits, and policy rules (e.g., max spend on rideshare, no late-night scooter). The hard truth: consumers won’t pay for yet another trip planner, but businesses will pay to reduce admin work, improve employee retention, and meet sustainability reporting. The MVP focuses on a few cities and a limited set of partners where APIs exist; where they don’t, it supports receipt capture and automated categorization. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI mainly for receipt parsing, anomaly detection, and support automation.
