FleetFit helps small and mid-sized fleets choose the correct vehicle type and segment for each route, payload, and driver profile—without relying on gut feel. You enter your typical jobs (cargo volume, weight, passengers, terrain, parking constraints, towing needs, and annual miles) and the app outputs a short list of suitable vehicle categories (e.g., compact SUV vs midsize SUV vs light van) plus a cost-of-ownership comparison. It also flags common mismatch risks like under-specced payload, overbuying capacity, or choosing the wrong drivetrain for duty cycle. The product is intentionally not a “perfect” recommendation engine; it’s a practical decision support tool that reduces expensive mistakes and speeds up procurement. It integrates basic telematics imports (CSV) to learn real utilization and refine recommendations over time. Works best for organizations buying or leasing 5–500 vehicles.
