FleetFixer is a web + mobile AI app for operators of service-robot fleets (cleaning, delivery, security, hospitality). It centralizes robot health, error logs, and incident reports across mixed vendors, then turns messy telemetry into actionable maintenance tickets. The app ingests ROS/ROS2 topics where available, vendor APIs when permitted, and simple manual checklists when not. An AI layer clusters recurring failures (e.g., lidar occlusion, wheel encoder drift, docking failures), suggests likely root causes, and recommends next steps with parts/tools needed. It also tracks MTBF/MTTR, flags robots trending toward failure, and schedules preventative maintenance based on usage patterns rather than calendar guesses. Reality check: you won’t “fix robots with AI”; you’ll reduce time-to-diagnosis and stop repeat issues from being rediscovered every week by different technicians.
