Employees book cars for meetings, errands, or commuting, unlock via phone, and return with automated mileage, fuel/EV charge, and damage reporting. Admins get simple fleet utilization dashboards, policy controls (who can book what, when, and for how long), and cost allocation to departments. The product focuses on the unsexy but real problem: corporate fleets sit idle, while employees expense taxis or rentals. This is not a consumer car-share marketplace; it’s a B2B tool that reduces spend and headaches. It integrates with existing telematics where possible, but can start with low-friction “phone-as-key” for select models and a fallback QR/lockbox workflow for older cars. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI flags anomalies (late returns, unusual mileage, likely damage) and auto-summarizes incident reports.
