FleetLatch

FleetLatch is a mobile + web app for small organizations that share a handful of vehicles (nonprofits, trades, campuses, HOAs, small businesses). It replaces messy spreadsheets, group chats, and physical key handoffs with a simple reservation system tied to a low-cost smart lockbox workflow. Users request a time slot, the manager sets rules (driver eligibility, minimum notice, mileage limits), and approved bookings generate a time-bound access code for the lockbox holding the keys. The app captures required pre/post photos, odometer, fuel level, and incident notes, then auto-generates a usage log for reimbursement and accountability. It’s not trying to compete with consumer ride-hailing; it’s boring ops software that reduces no-shows, double-bookings, and “who has the keys?” chaos. AI is used only for photo verification and damage flagging to keep admin overhead low.
