FleetLube

FleetLube is a mobile + web app for small fleets (5–200 vehicles) that prevents missed oil changes and filter swaps by turning messy maintenance habits into a simple, auditable workflow. Drivers or techs scan the vehicle VIN/plate and the oil/filter barcode, log mileage, and attach a receipt photo. The app then auto-builds a maintenance timeline per vehicle, calculates the next due window based on mileage/time rules you set (including severe-duty schedules), and pushes reminders to the right person. Managers get a dashboard showing overdue vehicles, upcoming service load, and cost per mile trends. It also exports clean reports for compliance, resale documentation, and accounting. This is not a consumer “my car diary” app; it’s a lightweight operations tool that replaces spreadsheets and forgotten sticky notes.
