FleetNudge

FleetNudge is a mobile + web app for small and mid-sized trucking fleets to prevent missed pickups and late deliveries by catching “silent failures” early. Drivers and dispatchers often discover problems too late: a driver stuck at a shipper, a wrong entrance, a trailer not ready, or a detention clock quietly running. FleetNudge combines geofencing, quick driver check-ins, and automated exception workflows. When a truck arrives, the app prompts a 10-second status (checked in, door assigned, loading started). If nothing happens within a threshold, it escalates to dispatch with a suggested next action and a templated message to the facility. It also logs dwell time and generates detention documentation automatically. This is not a full TMS replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that plugs into existing operations and focuses on exceptions, not planning.
