FleetNudge

FleetNudge is a mobile AI driver-assistance and coaching app for small fleets that can’t justify expensive ADAS hardware. It uses the phone camera plus motion sensors to detect tailgating, lane drift, hard braking, phone distraction, and risky following distance, then gives real-time audio nudges and a post-trip scorecard. A web dashboard lets owners see trends by driver, route, and time of day, with simple coaching notes and incident clips (opt-in). This is not “self-driving” and it won’t match OEM ADAS reliability; it’s a pragmatic safety layer for older vehicles and mixed fleets. The product is designed around reducing preventable low-speed collisions and insurance claims, with configurable sensitivity to avoid constant false alarms. Privacy controls (face-blur, local processing options) are included because driver surveillance backlash is real.
