FleetPatch

FleetPatch is a web + desktop app for robotics teams to safely roll out software updates to heterogeneous robot fleets (ROS/ROS2, custom stacks) with staged deployments, automatic rollback, and compliance-friendly audit trails. It connects to robots via a lightweight agent, inventories hardware/firmware/software versions, and lets you define “rings” (canary, pilot, full rollout) with health gates (battery, sensor status, CPU load, mission state). An AI layer summarizes logs and crash dumps into probable root causes and recommends rollback vs. hotfix, but it does not pretend to be autonomous—humans still approve releases. This is not a consumer robotics toy; it’s boring infrastructure that prevents expensive field failures. The MVP focuses on OTA updates, version tracking, and rollback for 1–2 common environments (Ubuntu + ROS2), then expands to more platforms once reliability is proven.
