FleetPatch

FleetPatch is a web + desktop app for managing over-the-air (OTA) software updates, rollbacks, and configuration changes across fleets of mobile robots running ROS/ROS2. It targets the painfully common reality: robots in warehouses and labs drift into “snowflake” states, updates break navigation stacks, and ops teams lack a reliable audit trail. FleetPatch provides signed release channels, staged rollouts (1 robot, then 10%, then 100%), health-gated deployment (only update if battery, disk, and localization are OK), and one-click rollback. It also maintains a tamper-evident history of what changed, who approved it, and which robot is on which build. This is not a generic device MDM; it’s robotics-aware (ROS packages, launch files, calibration bundles, maps) with guardrails that reduce bricking robots and minimize downtime. Integrations focus on the tools teams already use: GitHub/GitLab, Docker registries, and common robot compute (NVIDIA Jetson, x86).
