FleetPulse

FleetPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for small-to-mid IoT operators who are tired of discovering device failures from angry customers. It connects to common IoT backends and message brokers, then continuously checks device “heartbeat,” data freshness, battery/voltage trends, and connectivity quality. When a device starts drifting toward failure, FleetPulse raises actionable alerts (not noisy spam) and suggests the most likely cause: firmware crash loop, SIM/data cap issues, weak RSSI, power instability, or backend ingestion lag. It also provides a simple reliability score per site/customer, maintenance queues, and exportable incident reports for SLA conversations. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional monitoring/telemetry plus AI-assisted anomaly detection and alert deduplication. The honest value is operational: fewer truck rolls, fewer escalations, and faster root-cause isolation without building a full internal SRE toolchain.
