FleetPulse

FleetPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for monitoring and troubleshooting mixed-vendor IoT sensor fleets in the field. It ingests device heartbeats and telemetry via MQTT/HTTP, then surfaces the few signals operators actually need: connectivity health, battery/solar trends, firmware drift, and “silent device” detection. The AI layer triages incidents by clustering similar failures (e.g., one carrier tower, one firmware version, one gateway model) and generates a plain-language root-cause hypothesis with next steps (swap SIM profile, adjust keepalive, roll back firmware, check RSSI at site). It also automates evidence collection for support tickets: last-seen, signal metrics, logs, and configuration snapshots. This is not a full IoT platform; it’s a focused reliability cockpit for teams already using AWS IoT/Azure/ThingsBoard but still drowning in device outages and manual triage.
