FleetReceipt

FleetReceipt is a mobile + web app that builds a true total cost of ownership (TCO) profile by pulling in real spending instead of guesses. Users connect email and bank/credit accounts to automatically detect car-related charges (fuel, charging, insurance, repairs, tolls, parking, registration) and attach them to a specific vehicle. It then computes cost per mile, monthly burn, and forward-looking forecasts (next 12 months) based on your actual history and upcoming renewals. The app flags anomalies (e.g., insurance jump, repeated repair codes) and shows “keep vs sell” break-even points using local resale estimates. It’s brutally practical: if you don’t connect accounts, the app is mediocre—manual entry won’t beat spreadsheets. But with integrations, it becomes a set-and-forget ledger that finally answers “what is this car really costing me?” with defensible numbers.
