FlexAudit

FlexAudit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that finds billing and access mismatches in coworking and flex spaces. It connects to your access control logs (door/turnstile), booking system, and invoicing/subscription data, then flags cases like: active door access but canceled membership, day-pass users overstaying, free guests used as de facto members, meeting rooms used without bookings, and desks occupied beyond paid hours. The product outputs a weekly “leak report” with estimated lost revenue, evidence trails, and one-click actions (invoice, warn, revoke access, or convert to plan). This is an AI-assisted app: AI clusters suspicious patterns and reduces false positives, but rules remain transparent so operators trust it. It’s realistic because most operators already have the data—they just don’t reconcile it consistently.
