FlexBidder is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for aggregators and large energy users to turn behind-the-meter flexibility—batteries, EV fleets, HVAC, chillers, industrial processes—into dispatchable grid-balancing capacity. It ingests real-time telemetry, forecasts available flexibility, and packages it into market-ready bids for ancillary services (frequency response, reserve, demand response) while tracking performance and penalties. The AI layer helps predict baseline consumption, flexibility headroom, and probability of delivery under operational constraints, then recommends conservative bid sizes to avoid costly non-delivery. The app also provides audit trails, settlement reconciliation, and automated reporting for grid operators and compliance. Brutal reality: this is not a “download and go” product—market rules, integrations, and trust take time. But if you can nail one region and one asset class, it can become sticky infrastructure software.
