FlexJudge

FlexJudge is a mobile + web app for gymnastics coaches and judges to capture scoring notes during meets and turn them into clear, shareable feedback for athletes. Instead of messy paper sheets and vague post-meet comments, judges (or designated staff) can tap quick deductions from a code list, add short voice notes, and attach timestamps to routine phases. After the meet, coaches can generate a simple “what lost points” report per athlete and apparatus, with trends over time (e.g., recurring form breaks, landing deductions). This is not a magic scoring replacement—meet scoring systems are entrenched—but it’s a practical companion tool focused on communication and athlete development. The app also supports offline mode (gyms and venues have terrible Wi‑Fi), then syncs when connected. Monetization is straightforward: per-gym subscription with optional judge accounts.
