FlexPulse
FlexPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps companies run flexible schedules without turning into chaos. It collects lightweight, privacy-aware signals—availability windows, meeting load, focus time, response latency, and deliverable completion—then turns them into simple team “health” dashboards and weekly recommendations. Managers get guardrails (e.g., suggested core hours, meeting caps, handoff rules) while employees get a personal schedule planner that protects deep work and prevents always-on expectations. This is not a time-tracker: it avoids keystrokes/screenshots and focuses on outcomes and collaboration friction. The app also generates policy templates (async norms, coverage rotations, timezone etiquette) and runs quarterly pulse surveys to catch burnout early. Realistically, it won’t fix bad leadership, but it can make flexible scheduling measurable and easier to manage at scale.
