FlexQueue

FlexQueue is a web + mobile AI-assisted dispatch and coordination app for distribution utilities to reliably use DER flexibility (batteries, EV chargers, smart thermostats, C&I load) for congestion relief and voltage support at the feeder level. It ingests feeder constraints, planned work, and real-time telemetry, then creates a ranked “flex queue” of dispatchable resources with confidence scores and fallback plans. Operators can run what-if simulations, issue dispatch requests through aggregators (OpenADR/IEEE 2030.5 where available), and track performance against commitments. The brutally honest reality: utilities already have ADMS/DERMS vendors, but many deployments are slow, expensive, and over-scoped. FlexQueue targets the gap: a lightweight, auditable workflow tool that improves operational coordination and measurement/verification without pretending to replace core control systems. It’s designed to start with one constrained circuit and expand only if it proves value.
