FlickerFix

FlickerFix is a web + mobile app for utilities and industrial sites to track, triage, and explain power-quality issues (voltage flicker, harmonics, unbalance, sags/swells) using data from existing PQ meters, SCADA historians, and smart meters. It normalizes events into a single timeline, correlates them with feeder topology, switching logs, DER output, and customer trouble tickets, then generates a plain-language “cause likelihood” report for engineers and customer service. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional ingestion/analytics plus AI to summarize incidents, cluster recurring patterns, and draft customer-facing explanations. The MVP focuses on a narrow but painful workflow: reducing time-to-diagnosis and eliminating ad-hoc spreadsheets and email threads. It won’t magically replace field investigations, but it can cut the back-and-forth and make PQ work auditable and repeatable.
