FlockLens is a mobile + web AI diagnostics app for small-to-mid poultry farms that flags early disease risk using everyday data they already have: mortality counts, feed/water intake, egg production, barn temperature/humidity, and quick phone videos of bird activity. The app turns these inputs into a simple “watchlist” with likely causes (e.g., heat stress, coccidiosis risk, respiratory outbreak pattern) and clear next steps: isolate, adjust ventilation, call a vet, or submit a lab sample. It also generates a shareable report for veterinarians and integrators, helping them triage remotely before a costly outbreak spreads. This is not a magic diagnosis tool; it’s an early-warning and decision-support system that reduces time-to-action. MVP focuses on one species (broilers or layers) and a handful of high-impact conditions to stay credible and usable.
