Flow Debt Tracker
Flow Debt Tracker is a desktop and web app that measures how much time you lose to context switching, micro-interruptions, and shallow work. Instead of yet another to‑do list, it runs quietly on your machine, analyzing window focus, app usage, and interaction patterns to quantify your “flow debt” in hard numbers. You get a daily and weekly breakdown of deep work vs. fragmented time, plus a timeline showing exactly when and how your focus was shattered. The app uses lightweight AI to classify activities (e.g., coding, writing, meetings, admin, doomscrolling) and flags patterns like ‘Slack every 4 minutes’ or ‘email spikes after 3pm’ so you can see the real cost of your habits. It doesn’t pretend you’ll magically become a productivity god; it just gives you undeniable evidence of where your time actually goes, and simple levers to fix the worst offenders. It’s intentionally opinionated, slightly confrontational, and focused on ruthless clarity rather than feel‑good dashboards.
