FlowBatch

FlowBatch is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps you group tasks into realistic batching blocks based on energy level, location, tools, and context. Instead of another to-do list, it asks you to tag tasks with a few fast attributes (e.g., “computer + low energy,” “phone calls,” “out of home,” “deep work”). It then generates a weekly “batch menu” of 30–120 minute windows and a simple routine template you can reuse. The app focuses on friction reduction: checklists for each batch (apps to open, files, scripts, supplies), a one-tap “start batch” mode with a timer, and post-batch capture for leftovers. Light AI suggests batch groupings and warns when you’re overstuffing a window, but it won’t pretend to know your life better than you do. Integrates with Google Calendar and Apple Reminders to avoid double entry.
