FlowBottl

FlowBottl is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that maps real workflow bottlenecks by analyzing the digital exhaust teams already generate: ticket timestamps, PR cycles, meeting load, handoff delays, and approval wait times. Instead of asking people to “optimize,” it quantifies where time is actually lost and shows the top 3 constraints each week with a concrete fix (e.g., reduce approval steps, set WIP limits, change intake rules, add templates). It produces a simple “flow score” per team and highlights the specific stage causing drag (intake, execution, review, deploy, billing, etc.). The MVP focuses on one or two systems (Jira + GitHub) to keep setup realistic. It’s not magic: it won’t understand every nuance, but it will reliably surface measurable delays that managers can act on.
