FlowFence
FlowFence is a desktop + mobile companion that detects when you’re entering a productive groove and then automatically locks in your environment to protect it. Instead of blunt “Pomodoro + site blocker” timers, it watches lightweight signals you already generate (keyboard/mouse cadence, app switching frequency, calendar context, and optional wearable heart-rate variability) to infer “ramp-up,” “deep flow,” and “fatigue.” When flow is likely, it tightens the fence: blocks chosen sites/apps, silences notifications, and delays non-urgent messages into a digest. When you’re clearly stuck or fatigued, it loosens restrictions and suggests a short reset (walk, water, 2-minute admin sweep) rather than forcing more grind. You get a simple daily report: when flow happened, what broke it, and which apps/people were the top interrupters. It’s realistic: it won’t magically create motivation, but it can stop you from ruining the rare moments you already have.
