FlowFence

FlowFence is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously tests and monitors business process automations—RPA bots, API workflows, and scheduled scripts—so teams catch breakages early. Instead of waiting for a finance close to fail or a ticket flood to start, FlowFence runs synthetic “canary” transactions against critical steps (logins, file drops, API calls, UI selectors) and alerts on drift: UI changes, credential expiry, rate limits, data format shifts, and downstream outages. It provides a simple inventory of automations, dependency mapping, and a reliability score per workflow. For regulated teams, it stores evidence: run logs, screenshots, and change history. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify failures, suggest likely root causes, and propose fixes (e.g., selector updates, retry/backoff, schema mapping), but the core value is deterministic monitoring and test runs.
