FlowGuard

FlowGuard is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that monitors enterprise workflow automations and catches failures, silent data drift, and risky changes before they hit customers. It connects to tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, and common ETL/iPaaS logs, then builds a live “workflow health” layer: error rates, latency spikes, missing fields, permission changes, and downstream impact. Instead of generic alerts, it routes actionable incidents to the right owner with runbooks, recent changes, and a rollback checklist. An AI assistant summarizes incidents, suggests likely root causes, and drafts postmortems, but the core value is deterministic monitoring and governance. This is not another automation builder; it’s the reliability and compliance layer teams realize they need only after an outage or audit.
