FlowGuard

FlowGuard is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) that monitors and tests no-code automations across Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, and webhook-based flows. Instead of waiting for a client to complain, it runs scheduled “synthetic” test events through critical paths, verifies expected outputs (row created, email sent, CRM updated), and flags drift (changed field names, expired tokens, rate limits, silent failures). It provides a simple dashboard: uptime, error rate, last successful run, and impact estimate per workflow. Setup is no-code: connect accounts, pick a scenario template, and define pass/fail checks with a point-and-click assertion builder. It also stores run logs in a searchable timeline for quick root-cause analysis. This is not glamorous, but it targets the unsexy reality: no-code stacks are fragile, and failures are expensive.
