FlowLedger

FlowLedger is a web app (with optional mobile scanning) that helps small-to-mid manufacturers and warehouses map, measure, and reduce resource flows: energy, water, raw materials, scrap, and packaging. Users log monthly utility bills, import purchase orders, and record waste haul tickets to build a simple “resource P&L” that shows where money leaks out as waste. The app flags anomalies (e.g., rising kWh per unit, unusual scrap rates) and generates audit-ready reports for ISO 14001, customer ESG questionnaires, and internal cost reviews. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for data capture and reporting, plus AI to auto-categorize line items from invoices/receipts, suggest likely root causes, and draft corrective-action notes. It’s intentionally not a full enterprise EHS/ERP replacement—just the minimum system that produces credible, decision-ready numbers.
