FlowLedger
FlowLedger is a desktop + web app that automatically builds a defensible “work log” from the tools you already use (email, calendar, Git, Jira, Slack, docs) and turns it into daily summaries, client-ready timesheets, and project status updates. It’s not another to-do list; it’s an evidence-based activity ledger that reduces the constant “what did I do today?” tax for knowledge workers and agencies. Users connect accounts, pick projects/clients, and FlowLedger continuously classifies events into billable vs non-billable, highlights interruptions, and flags scope creep. It also generates end-of-day and end-of-week narratives you can paste into invoices or standups. Brutal reality: privacy and trust are the whole game—if you can’t be transparent and controllable, you’ll lose immediately. The MVP should focus on a narrow set of integrations and rock-solid review/approval before anything is shared.
