FlowMarshal

FlowMarshal is a mobile + web app for event operators and venue managers to manage crowd movement using the data they already have: staff on the ground. Instead of expensive camera analytics, it gives ushers and security a one-tap way to report density, bottlenecks, queue times, blocked exits, and incidents by zone. The web dashboard aggregates reports into a live “heatmap” of risk and delay, then suggests simple operational actions (open a gate, reverse a lane, add signage, redeploy staff) based on pre-set playbooks. It also logs every action and timestamp for post-event reporting and compliance. This is not magic: accuracy depends on staff participation and good zone mapping. But for many mid-market venues that can’t justify full sensor/camera systems, it’s a practical, deployable tool that improves situational awareness and response time without new hardware.
