FlowMeter is a web + mobile app that helps small venues understand how people actually move through their space. Using a phone camera or existing CCTV feed, it generates simple heatmaps, queue-length estimates, and “pinch point” alerts for entrances, aisles, and checkout areas. It’s not magic: accuracy depends on camera placement and lighting, and it won’t replace enterprise analytics. But for cafes, gyms, clinics, pop-up events, and small retail, it gives actionable insights without hiring a consultant. The product focuses on quick setup, privacy-first processing (blurred/anonymous counts), and clear recommendations like “move this display 1m” or “open second register at 12:10–12:40.” Exportable weekly reports help owners justify layout changes and staffing decisions. Pricing is subscription-based per location, with a free trial and an optional one-time setup guide for non-technical operators.
