FlowNudger is a desktop + web app that reduces context switching by turning your calendar, tasks, and notifications into a single “focus queue.” It watches what you’re doing (apps, tabs, meeting schedule) and gently blocks low-value interruptions while you’re in a focus block, then batches them into short review windows. Instead of another to-do list, it’s a lightweight layer that sits on top of tools teams already use (Google Calendar/Outlook, Slack/Teams, Jira/Asana). The AI component suggests the next best task based on urgency, dependencies, and your available time, but you can override it instantly—no black-box automation. Weekly reports show where time actually went (meetings, messaging, deep work) and highlight the biggest “attention leaks” with concrete fixes. It’s built for individuals first, with optional team rollups for managers who want visibility without surveillance.
