FlowPatch
FlowPatch is a web app plus lightweight agent that sits between systems (APIs, queues, webhooks) and lets teams apply “patches” to integration traffic in real time. When a vendor changes a field, a downstream system rejects payloads, or a rate limit suddenly tightens, you can add a transformation, validation, retry/backoff rule, or routing change without pushing a full integration redeploy. It provides a safe sandbox to test patches against captured traffic, then promotes them with versioning and approvals. It’s not magic: you still need to understand your data contracts, and complex logic will require engineering. But it can drastically cut incident time for common breakages, reduce on-call fatigue, and prevent revenue-impacting message loss. Best fit is teams already running multiple SaaS tools and internal services where “small changes” routinely cascade into outages.
