FlowProof
FlowProof is a web app (with optional desktop capture helper) for turning messy, real-world operations into process maps that are provably accurate. Instead of asking teams to “document the process,” it captures lightweight evidence: screen recordings, form fields, timestamps, and handoffs from tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Zendesk. It then generates a BPMN-style map plus a plain-English runbook, highlighting where steps vary by person, where rework happens, and where approvals stall. Users can attach controls, risks, and required artifacts to each step, making it useful for audits (SOC 2/ISO) and internal training. The MVP should focus on one or two integrations and a tight workflow: capture → draft map → review → publish. This is not magic: it won’t replace process owners, but it will cut the time and arguments needed to get to a “good enough and defensible” map.
