FlowPulse

FlowPulse is a desktop + mobile companion that detects when you’re entering (or leaving) a flow state and automatically reduces interruptions. It watches lightweight signals like active app switching, typing/mouse rhythm, notification bursts, calendar context, and optional wearable heart-rate variability to infer “deep work likelihood.” When you’re in flow, it quietly batches notifications, pauses Slack/Teams popups, and sets a temporary status across tools. When you break flow, it releases a digest so you don’t miss anything. It also learns your personal flow triggers: time of day, task type, environment, and session length, then suggests realistic focus blocks rather than generic Pomodoro timers. The goal isn’t motivation; it’s interruption control and evidence-based scheduling. It’s useful even if the AI isn’t perfect, because the core value is automated batching and a post-session digest.
