FlowReplay
FlowReplay is a web app that turns raw session replays into actionable UX fixes for small product teams. It ingests your existing analytics + replay data, then auto-builds “journey maps” that highlight where users hesitate, rage-click, backtrack, or abandon. Instead of dumping hours of video review on designers, it clusters similar sessions, labels the likely intent (signup, checkout, search), and generates a short evidence pack: top friction steps, screenshots, and a prioritized list of hypotheses. It also flags instrumentation gaps (missing events, inconsistent naming) because bad data is a common reason UX work stalls. This is not a magic UX oracle—its value is speed: finding the 10 clips that matter out of 10,000 sessions and making them easy to share with product, design, and engineering.
