FlowStencil
FlowStencil is a web app (with a lightweight Figma plugin) that helps UX teams turn scattered prototype feedback into actionable, prioritized changes. It ingests comments from Figma, Jira, Slack threads, and usability test notes, then clusters them by screen, user flow, and issue type (copy, layout, navigation, accessibility). Instead of pretending to “design for you,” it generates a structured change list with evidence: which users said it, how often it appeared, and the likely severity. It also creates a clickable “review pack” that shows before/after screenshots, linked to the exact node/frame in Figma and a ready-to-paste Jira ticket. The goal is reducing the painful gap between prototype review and actual iteration. It’s not magic: it won’t replace designers, but it will cut the admin and coordination overhead that slows iteration cycles.
