FlowStencil
FlowStencil is a web app (with a lightweight desktop companion) that converts user-flow notes into consistent, editable wireframes. You paste a flow (steps, screens, edge cases) or import from Jira/Notion, then build a clickable low-fi prototype using a strict design system of accessible components. The AI suggests missing states (empty, error, loading), flags inconsistent navigation, and generates a basic content hierarchy—then you can manually tweak everything. The core value is speed plus fewer embarrassing gaps in early UX work. It exports to Figma as frames/components and to PDF for stakeholders. Brutal truth: it won’t replace Figma, and “AI wireframing” is crowded; the only way this survives is by being the best at flows-to-wires with state coverage and team-ready outputs, not pretty mockups.
