FlywayProof

FlywayProof is a web + mobile AI-assisted migration tracking QA and reporting tool for conservation teams who already collect GPS/satellite tag data but struggle to trust it. The app ingests common telemetry exports (Movebank CSV, Argos, Garmin inReach, custom vendor files), automatically flags bad fixes (impossible speeds, on-land points for marine species, duplicated timestamps, sensor drift), and generates an auditable “data confidence report” per animal and per season. It then produces standardized migration summaries (departure/arrival windows, stopover clusters, corridor heatmaps) that can be exported to funder-ready PDFs and GIS-friendly formats. This is not a new tracking platform; it’s the missing layer between raw tag feeds and decisions. Reality check: you won’t beat incumbents on hardware or map viewers, but you can win by saving analysts hours and reducing embarrassing reporting errors.
