FlywheelOps

FlywheelOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for operators of flywheel energy storage systems who need reliable uptime and defensible performance reporting. It ingests SCADA/PLC telemetry (speed, vibration, bearing temps, vacuum pressure, power in/out, alarms) and turns it into actionable maintenance and operations workflows: anomaly detection, early-warning alerts, root-cause hints, and automated monthly availability/efficiency reports for management and customers. The MVP focuses on being brutally practical: connect to common industrial data sources, show a health score per unit, and generate maintenance tickets with evidence (trend plots and event timelines). It also tracks operating regimes that accelerate wear (high cycling, temperature excursions) so teams can adjust dispatch strategies. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional dashboards and reporting, plus AI-driven anomaly detection and natural-language incident summaries.
